The Parkinsoni Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia parkinsoni) is a striking, sought-after rainbowfish known for its deep velvety black body accented by vivid yellow to orange striping and fins. Peaceful and very active, it makes an incredible display fish in a larger planted aquarium, especially when kept in a proper school where males can show their best color.
